About
I trained at the University of Surrey Institute in Osteopathic Medicine and graduated in 2012. I have been running a private practice from home.
As well as treating, I promote awareness of how Osteopathy can help with your health by providing personal talks to communities and groups. If you would like more information click here.
People often ask do I enjoy what I do, I tend to smile because I am passionate about Osteopathy and have immense appreciation to those whom I have learnt from. Once a patient is away from the pain & discomfort, I enjoy seeing the results and hearing about the positive differences they have noticed in their life.
I also offer other complementary therapies so if you are simply looking for a more professional therapeutic difference to standard massages, MMW Osteopath is the place to book!

What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a Healthcare profession which focuses on diagnosis, treatment, prevention and rehabilitation of the Musculoskeletal disorders and other related disorders.

Osteopaths use a variety of specialised techniques in order to bring change to how your body behaves and functions; you can find more information regarding techniques and terminology in the Glossary.

There are different approaches in Osteopathy; Structural, Classical, Visceral and Cranial Osteopathy. Although they may differ, the aim of your treatments are the same; to reduce discomfort, increase mobility, manage pain control, encourage balance, ease and repair.
Here at MMW Osteopath I have been trained using all four approaches. Your treatment plans are tailored to your bodies specific needs.
